Yes! We’re based in rural Virginia, but we work with small businesses across the southern U.S.—especially in VA, NC, SC, GA, and FL.

How do I get started?

Just fill out our Contact Form, and we’ll follow up within 1–2 business days. Depending on your needs, we may recommend a discovery call or provide next steps by email.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! We offer a free 30-minute discovery call to learn more about your business, goals, and challenges. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit and recommend the best services for your needs. You can request a call when you fill out our Contact Form.

How much do your services cost?

We offer transparent pricing for each service whenever possible. Some services—like Shopify Store Builds and Social Media Plans—include starting rates or package options. Others, like Website Optimization or complex SEO projects, require custom quotes based on your specific goals and project scope. You can view pricing on each individual service page.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel monthly services at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for the current month of service. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Project Workflow & Support

How long will my project take?

Timelines vary depending on the service and scope. For example, Shopify store builds typically take 3–6 weeks once we receive all necessary content and approvals. Services like social media management or SEO are ongoing, while smaller tasks (like Google Business Profile optimization) may be completed in 1–2 weeks.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive a confirmation email outlining next steps. We’ll gather your content, schedule a kickoff (if needed), and begin your project based on the timeline discussed.

How do we stay in touch during the project?

We primarily communicate through email for tracking and clarity. You’ll receive check-ins and progress updates throughout the process.

What if I need edits or changes later?

Small updates may be included in ongoing services. Larger changes can be scoped as new projects.
