When you request or purchase a service, you are making an offer to engage with YORK Digital Services. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests. Payment terms will be outlined in your custom proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement.

For monthly or recurring services, you may cancel at any time, but no refunds are given for the current billing cycle. For one-time projects, payment milestones and terms will be clearly communicated.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by YORK Digital Services (including designs, copy, branding assets, and strategy documents) remain the property of YORK Digital Services until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables, excluding any licensed tools or templates used.

YORK Digital Services retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

YORK Digital Services is not liable for:

  • Any loss of revenue, business, or data

  • Delays or service interruptions

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Google, Meta)

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools

Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Facebook, etc.). These platforms have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you agree to follow. YORK Digital Services is not responsible for changes or issues arising from these platforms.

7. Feedback and Submissions

Any feedback, testimonials, or reviews submitted to us may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting feedback, you grant us permission to use it across platforms.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
